Trekking and Hiking literally means trekking.
Trekking means trekking with a longer overnight stay. Hiking means daily trekking. They are mostly made in mountainous regions and forests. The trekking is carried out as a team effort and the head of the team, namely the guide, leads the team, the Guide leads the team on the route he has determined and completes the trekking. One of the duties of the guide is to warn the team of dangers. Because trekking can involve various dangers due to its nature. The structure of the land or the animals living in nature are examples of possible dangers.

Basic Rules of Hiking:
The main point of trekking is to provide team order. This sequence occurs in a single line. The guide has duties such as determining the walking route, adjusting the pace of the walk, choosing the duration and frequency of the break, and determining the precautions to be taken during the walk. The guide chooses an experienced walker. This person is called an aftershock. The task of the person whose aftershock is called is to tell the team about the breaks in the march at the end of the march or to correct these breaks. Walking in a single line has many advantages in nature. This type of gait provides better cohesion and speed within the team. The benefits of these are a more regular use of energy. A good single-row walk is one of the highlights of long walks.
There are certain communication rules within the team during trekking. Communication within the team takes place not by shouting at random, but by saying what one has to say to someone in front of or behind him. Hikers should pay attention to the distance between them in the danger of hitting branches, falling stones and narrow paths.
