The ancient city of Milyos (Milias) is on the Taurus Mountains within the borders of the town of Bucak, Kocaaliler. The east, west and south of the city, which was inhabited during the Hellenistic and Roman Periods, is surrounded by steep, hard-to-climb cliffs. Walls were built in the spaces between the rocks. The city's Necropolis is also outside the walls and to the north. Most of the houses are cut from the bedrock. It has a small theater on the bedrock. The ancient city, which is 45 km from Antalya city center, is a very nice visitation center for cyclists, hiking clubs and nature lovers.
